Yes — that's the most common job we do. If there's already a fan there, the wiring and bracing are usually in place, so it's a straightforward swap. We'll check the existing mount is up to it.
Absolutely. We'll run new wiring, fit a proper ceiling brace and a wall control if you want one. Access to the roof space affects the price, so we'll ask a couple of questions or pop round to have a look.
No — we supply it. That way you get a fan we know is good quality, it's covered when we install it, and there's one price for the whole job. If you've already bought one, let us know and we can quote install only.
Yes. Plenty of DC fans come with a built-in dimmable LED light, which is handy if you're replacing an old fan-and-light combo or want to tidy up a room with one fitting.
A straight swap is usually under an hour per fan. New installs take longer depending on ceiling access. Most jobs are done in a single visit.
